So how does miidle work in a little more detail?
Agree the job: The customer and the tradesperson agree what’s being done and for how much via the miidle payment platform.
We hold the payment: Your money is kept safely with miidle until the work (or a stage of work) is complete. No cowboy ever gets to run off with your money.
You’re in control: Once both sides agree the job’s done properly, the funds are released. If there’s a dispute, our independent RICS backed assessor steps in.
A fair referee: Because we sit in the middle, we’re impartial in disputes. If the work meets industry standards, the funds are released to the tradesperson. If they fall below industry standards, the money is withheld while the tradesperson is given a chance to rectify their error. Should they not, the money is returned to the customer.
